Job Purpose
- Provide technical leadership and coordination for programmes, partnerships and institutional initiatives that support the establishment, development and sustainable operation of domestic vaccine and sera manufacturing capacity.
- Key Duties and
Responsibilities
- Advise on policies, strategies and programmes relating to vaccine manufacturing.
- Coordinate implementation, monitoring and evaluation of manufacturing programmes and activities.
- Lead technical assessment of proposals for domestic vaccine manufacturing facilities.
- Engage regulatory authorities, researchers, manufacturers and development partners on vaccine and sera production.
- Coordinate annual work plans, budgets, performance reports and staff supervision.

Experience
Master degree in life sciences, biomanufacturing, chemical engineering or a related discipline.
At least eight years post-bachelor relevant experience, including four years in senior management.
Strong leadership, programme management, stakeholder engagement and technical assessment skills.
