- A multinational company is in search of a Deputy Manager - Finance to carry out day-to-day financial operational activities within a given region.

Responsibilities
- Accurate maintenance of accounts, bookkeeping and MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and branch control.
- Preparation of MIS/Ledger and ensure correct and complete accounting including all necessary reports.
- Monitor budget against actual in relation to approved expenditure.
- Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks.
- Check bank statement for cash and credit and maintain same in remittance tracker.
- Manage all income and expenditure processing.
- Preparation of month end provision and intercompany reconciliation.
- Ensure verification of vendor invoices and payment documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable tax laws.
- Maintain appropriate internal controls and adopt the best finance procedures.
- Liaise with and maintain a good working relationship with bankers.
- Keep up to date with financial developments across the sector.

- Graduate in Commerce & Accounts or any other equivalent degree.
- Professional accountancy qualifications such as ACCA, CA or its equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of five years'
- in Finance & Accounts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Must be analytic and a team player.
