He/She shall also spearhead the University wide quality assurance system including all sections and the various mechanisms designed to maintain high performance standards. •He/She shall report to the Vice-Chancellor
Qualification Required &
Experience
- Applicant must:
- •Be internationally acclaimed scholar of a professorial rank
- •Hold a PhD in a relevant discipline
- •Have considerable teaching, research and administrative
- in a university or analogous institution and
- •Be well grounded in the principles of total quality management
- Term of Office
- The position, which is full-time, is for a 4 year term, renewable for another term of 4 years only, if that is not beyond statutory retiring age
