- Manage all institutional finances including fee collection, payroll, supplier payments and budget monitoring across all departments.
- Produce monthly management accounts, quarterly financial reports for the Governing council and annual accounts for external audit.
- Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure production of audited financial statements within 90 days of each financial year end.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, facilities management and all administrative operations of the institution

Experience
- •Full professional accounting qualification institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana(ICAG), ACCA, CIMA or internationally recognised equivalent is mandatory
- •Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is desirable an undergraduate degree in a related field is the minimum academic requirement.
- •Minimum 8 years of post-qualification
- in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role in an institutional, non-profit or public sector context.
- •Demonstrated
- managing grant income, donor reporting and restricted fund accounting alongside operational institutional finance.
- •Strong working knowledge of Ghana revenue authority tax obligations, SSNIT regulations, the Financial Administration Act, and Ghanaian financial reporting standards.
