Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Tech n Sync e-commerce website. Manage our online marketplace stores (Jumia, Jiji, and other platforms). Manage the company's social media pages from an e-commerce perspective. Upload and update products, pricing, promotions, and inventory. Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment. Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels. Work with the Sales and Marketing team to execute online campaigns. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements. Drive online sales and grow our digital presence. RequirementsEducation Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any of the following: Information Technology Computer Science Marketing Business Administration E-Commerce Or a related field
Experience
managing an e-commerce website is an advantage.
