As Managing Director, you will provide overall leadership for the organization, ensuring the successful execution of its strategic objectives and the delivery of strong financial and operational performance. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership team to position the organization for long-term success in an increasingly competitive and digitally driven marketplace. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing the organisation's strategic vision and growth agenda. Providing executive leadership across all operational and commercial functions. Driving business growth through innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. Ensuring financial sustainability through prudent resource management and sound commercial decision-making. Leading organisational transformation and digital innovation to enhance audience engagement and business performance. Building and maintaining productive relationships with regulators, industry partners, investors, clients, and other key stakeholders. Promoting a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. Ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and effective enterprise risk management. Requirements: A master’s degree in business administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related discipline. At least ten (10) years' executive or senior leadership experience, preferably within the media, communications, broadcasting, or comparable sectors. Demonstrated success in leading organisational growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in financial management and business development. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
