Description
Central University is seeking to recruit Head of Head of Clinical Sciences. Responsibilities •Provide academic and administrative leadership to department •Provide clinical services at the yet-to-be operational Central University Hospital •Offer Teaching and supervisory services to medical students •Collaborate with external hospital partners and clinical faculties •Fulfill all other obligations for an academic senior member and •Execute any other role that may be assigned by the Dean or Vice chancellor Qualification Required & Experience •Must be at least on the rank of Senior Lecturer from a recognised tertiary institution or must have worked as clinician in public or private practice for a minimum of 7 years •Must have a PhD or terminal degree (fellowship) or at least membership qualification from a recognised body in any of the following clinical areas (internal medicine/Accident & Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine). •Previous experience in similar roles would be an advantage Location: Tema How To Apply For The Job All interested individuals should visit the university's at www.central.edu.gh to download and complete the application forms.
