Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Senior level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage daily business operations across B2C and B2B channels to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and consistent service delivery. Oversee procurement, inventory control, stock movement, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal product availability and accuracy of records. Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and distribution activities, ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouse, and retail partners. Serve as the key liaison for brand partners and vendors, supporting product onboarding, launches, trade activations, and ensuring strong relationship management. Support B2B sales execution by assisting with partner onboarding, account servicing, and coordination of retail/wholesale distribution channels. Maintain and optimize operational systems, ERP tools, and reporting platforms to support procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions. Prepare and analyze operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering sales, stock levels, inventory movement, and overall operational performance. Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency, reduce operational gaps, and improve customer and partner experience. Ensure compliance with internal operational policies, SOPs, reporting standards, and inventory control procedures across all functions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and customer service) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business operations. Support retail onboarding, store activation, and market expansion activities, especially within new or developing markets. Manage operational challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to stock, logistics, vendors, or customer fulfillment. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications & Professional Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Retail Operations, Distribution, FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries. Proven experience managing retail and wholesale partnerships and driving business growth. Experience within the Ghanaian retail, beauty, or consumer goods market is highly desirable. Previous experience working within a startup, expansion-stage, or high-growth business environment is an advantage. Core Skills & Functional Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial management skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities. Strong operational planning and execution capabilities. Ability to build processes and structures within a growing market. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of accountability, ownership, and initiative. Good understanding of retail operations, distribution, and supply chain processes. Advanced proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite( Word, Excel,Outlook) and Google Workspace. Working knowledge of inventory tracking and reporting tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage. Strong understanding of retail operations and distribution processes.
