The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support the company’s growth, culture, and operational objectives. You will work closely with senior management and departmental leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. This role requires a confident HR professional with strong leadership, employee relations, compliance, and organisational development experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Tap&Hop’s business objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention, and exit processes. Advise management and employees on HR policies, employment conditions, performance, and workplace matters. Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, development plans, and performance improvement. Develop and maintain company policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, contracts, and HR procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment regulations, SSNIT requirements, and internal policies. Manage employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations professionally and confidentially. Develop workforce plans and succession strategies to support current and future staffing requirements. Design and coordinate employee training, leadership development, and career progression programmes. Manage compensation, benefits, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records. Monitor employee engagement, workplace culture, and staff satisfaction, recommending appropriate improvements. Prepare HR reports and provide management with insights on headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, and other workforce metrics. Support organisational change, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and support managers in effective people management and leadership practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 6–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR management or leadership role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, labour practices, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance. Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and organisational development. Experience developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and procedures. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Strong analytical, organisational, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HR information systems, Microsoft Office, and employee reporting tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
