A reputable manufacturing company located in the industrial area of Tema invites applications from suitably qualified and competent candidates: Human Resource Supervisor Job Purpose •The successful applicant shall provide assistant to the Manager by ensuring that there are high-performing Employees with the right attitudes and motivation levels within the framework of the company's policies, procedures and the labour Law of Ghana. Principal Accountabilities •Administer human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations, as directed by the HR & Administrative Manager •Manage the recruitment cycle and facilitate comprehensive induction programmes for junior staff. •Conduct training needs assessments and develop an annual training and development plan •Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of attendance, overtime and deductions •Monitor and address concerns, complaints and grievances of unionized staff and provide recommendations for resolution •Conduct market research on salaries and benefits to support the development of competitive compensation structures Qualification Required & Experience •First Degree in Human Resource Management and/or certification as a Human Resource Practitioner •Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience •Very good knowledge of IT applications (MS Office) •Good communication and interpersonal skills, must be influential and a team player •Must be a person of high, verifiable moral character and proven integrity •Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality •Knowledge of quality, Occupational health & Safety and environmental ISO management systems.
