Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, meetings, correspondence and travel arrangements. Coordinate Executive Committee, Board and management meetings, including agendas, documentation, minutes and follow-up on action items. Support the execution of the Company’s strategic priorities by tracking initiatives, monitoring progress and coordinating cross-functional activities. Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards and briefing materials to support informed decision-making. Coordinate engagements with key stakeholders, including regulators, Hollard International, brokers, reinsurers, business partners and other strategic stakeholders. Conduct research and analyse business and industry trends to provide insights that support strategic initiatives. Coordinate special projects and business transformation initiatives assigned by the Managing Director. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and efficiency in managing the Executive Office. Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance or a related discipline A relevant professional qualification or certification (e.g. Insurance, Project Management, Business Analysis, Corporate Governance or Insurance) will be an added advantage.
