Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the External Affairs Director’s calendar to align with strategic priorities and optimize leadership time.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and team events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
- Anticipate and manage administrative needs for the External Affairs Director and wider External Affairs team, including travel, supplies, and documentation.
- Support the execution of External Affairs-led business initiatives by tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating stakeholders.
