Experience
- Execution of the Strategic Plan
- Development and implementation of resource mobilisation and fundraising strategies to expand the Trust's assets and program delivery capacity.
- Preparation and implementation of the annual budget and work plan
- Execution of programmes, grants and distributions mandated by the Trust Deed, in alignment with the key objectives of GHCT
- Achievement of year-on-year Key Performance indicators agreed with the Governing Board and key stakeholders
- Adequate engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders
- At least, a Master's degree
- A background in Social Sciences, Finance and Administration, Development Studies, or closely related discipline
- 5 years post qualification working
- Proven results-orientation and stakeholder management ability
- Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and fundraising
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
