This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from public channels, local communities, educational institutions, and organizational networks, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent to meet our operational needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and workforce planning needs, with a strong emphasis on building a scalable sourcing engine. Design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent from public sources (job boards, social media, professional networks), community outreach (local community engagement, radio, public announcements, walk-in drives), educational institutions (universities, technical schools, vocational training centers, and high schools), and organizational networks (referrals, alumni networks, professional associations). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Lead efforts to cultivate relationships with diverse external networks, including community leaders, local assembly members, schools, technical and vocational training centers, and professional bodies to establish a sustainable talent ecosystem. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to attract candidates from local communities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool. Partner with educational institutions to establish partnerships, organize career fairs, and implement internship and apprenticeship programs to attract young talent. Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, professional growth, and adherence to best practices. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, quality of hire) to improve efficiency, measure channel effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, recruitment policies, and diversity hiring goals. Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to enhance Keda Ghana's employer brand and visibility across various platforms, specifically targeting key talent demographics. Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 8 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruitment sector. Proven track record of successful high-volume recruitment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of Ghanaian labor laws and best hiring practices. Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry. Demonstrated experience in community outreach, campus recruitment, and building relationships with educational institutions.
