The primary objective is to enhance the well-being, resilience, and active engagement of youth - especially women, in Ghana Our mission involves deploying sector wide and agro-employability-focused education through diverse platforms across Ghana. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: MERL Planning and Implementation Assist in the development of MERL frameworks for agricultural projects. Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans. Support the collection and analysis of data to measure project impact. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on agricultural trends, innovations, and best practices. Analyze data to generate insights that contribute to evidence-based decision-making. Collaborate with team members to synthesize research findings. Learning and Capacity Building: Contribute to the development of learning materials and resources. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capacity. Support the organization in staying abreast of advancements in agricultural MERL. Reporting and Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of reports showcasing project outcomes. Document MERL processes and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of MERL-related documentation. Qualifications Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds with an interest in agriculture. 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
