Summary
The Factory Manager is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production operations. The role focuses on achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, optimizing operational performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.The Factory Manager will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Oversee daily factory operations and production activities.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet business targets.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Manage factory staff, including supervisors, technicians, and production workers.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
Manage raw materials, inventory levels, and production resources.
Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
