MINIMUM OF 3-5 YEARS OF
Experience
- IN FARM MANAGEMENT, preferably In COCONUT OR MIXED-CROP FARMING.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF TROPICAL CROP PRODUCTION, SOIL FERTILITY, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, AND PEST MANAGEMENT.
- GOOD COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
- MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND WILLING TO WORK ON -SITE.
