Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, investors, and funding partners. Lead project finance structuring and funding arrangements for company projects. Identify, coordinate, and support local and international financing opportunities for projects and investments. Lead in debt and equity financing transactions and related financial documentation. Conduct financial analysis, business case evaluations, and feasibility studies for projects and investment opportunities. Provide financial support in evaluating strategic business opportunities and investment proposals. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations. Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, statutory obligations, and financial reporting standards. Monitor company expenditures, profitability, and overall financial performance, providing timely management reports. Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and reporting systems. Support management in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost management, and operational performance. Supervise and provide guidance to finance staff to ensure effective execution of finance functions.
