Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash balances. Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers. Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Collaborate effectively with finance and other internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Ghana. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a Science/Technology- related field is preferred. Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic financial systems.
