Role Description
The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, responsible for promoting Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services to schools, families, and community organizations. This role includes visiting educational institutions and partner locations, conducting presentations, and organizing information sessions to generate interest and enrollment in Enlace programs. The Field Sales Representative will identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and support outreach campaigns in designated territories. Day-to-day tasks involve meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with the program and marketing teams, and providing feedback from the field to improve services. The role also requires representing Enlace at events, fairs, and community engagements, while ensuring a professional, learner-focused approach.
Qualifications
Strong sales, outreach, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to generate leads and close enrollments for
programs.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence speaking with school leaders, parents, and students in individual and group settings.
