Dexwin Tech Ltd is an Accra-based software, ICT, and talent development company serving enterprise clients. We have a growing SaaS product and a talent development arm.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee Dexwin's financial operations across its enterprise services, SaaS, and talent development business lines. This role requires comfort operating in a fast-moving tech environment, with working knowledge of digital asset treasury operations and strong command of Ghanaian tax and statutory compliance.
Key
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and budget vs. actuals reporting across all business units.
- Oversee treasury operations, including multi-currency accounts and digital asset holdings.
- Lead statutory tax compliance, including GRA filings (VAT, PAYE, corporate income tax, withholding tax), SSNIT contributions, and Act 896 compliance.
- Support executive compensation structuring and related payroll matters.
- Manage payroll processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and board reporting.
- Manage banking relationships, payment gateway reconciliation, and fintech/payment infrastructure for SaaS billing and ad spend.
- Support financial reviews of contracts and vendors, identifying potential tax or compliance exposures.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions, such as pricing, hiring, and new product lines.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and approval workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a tech, SaaS, or digital-first company.
- Demonstrable
Experience
- handling digital asset transactions or treasury (e.g., exchange operations, wallet management, stablecoin settlement).
- Strong working knowledge of Ghanaian tax law and statutory compliance (GRA, SSNIT, Act 896, Act 651).
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- managing multi-entity or multi-currency finances is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail, strong integrity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
