Responsibilities
Anti-Fraud Ownership: Lead the end-to-end anti-fraud strategy and "zero-tolerance" initiatives across all business entities in Ghana. Forensic Investigations: Conduct deep-dive internal investigations into suspected financial irregularities, embezzlement, or procurement fraud. Risk Mitigation: Perform regular "stress tests" on high-risk departments like Logistics and Finance to identify and seal control gaps. Internal Focus: Exclusive focus on internal corporate auditing; candidates from external accounting firms will not be considered. Cross-Functional Coordination: Utilize strong communication skills to align with Legal, HR, and IT during complex investigative procedures.
