- Monitor site consumption performance using Excel-based analysis and ensures adherence to approved CPH/CPD levels, escalating anomalies to the Line Manager where required.
- Ensures the fuel delivery team accurately updates and submits all fuel delivery entries through the Mob Application.
- Leads monthly fuel reconciliation with the client, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all data submitted.
- Maintain updated reports on critical fuel sites and provides timely insights and recommendations to the Line Manager.
- Supervise the tracking and documentation of all fuel swapping activities between sites and ensures forecasts reflect updated consumption.
- Coordinates with client representatives and internal departments to improve processes and achieve cost-effective, efficient fuel operations.
- Ensures all assigned employees receive required training, maintain qualifications, and comply with competency and certification standards.
- Oversee periodic fuel consumption testing and ensures testing standards and timelines are adhered to.
- Verify fuel quality testing results and ensures all delivered fuel meets required quality standards.
- Support the Accounting section by ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly fuel usage documentation for invoicing.
