- About the Role
- As our Furniture/Capentry Manager, you will be responsible for production managemnt, workflow optimization, inventory and resource management, quality control, sales and supply chnage managent and aslo production report and data analysis.
- Key Resposibilities
- 1. Supervise the daily operations of the sofa upholstery, carpentry and framing workshop.
- 2. Plan and schedule production targets to meet delivery deadlines and inventory requirements.
- 3. Monitor workflow from raw timber preparation and structural framing to final assembly, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- 4. Monitor stock levels of Fabric, timber, foam, hardware, staples, glues, and other consumable materials.
- 5. Coordinate with logistics and supply departments to ensure finished sofa frames and products are handed over on schedule.
- 6. Review and process finished goods orders from the sales and warehousing teams, ensuring accurate alignment with stock availability
- 7. Performance Tracking: Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports detailing output volumes, labour efficiency, machine downtime, and material usage.
- 8. Enforce quality control standards for all sofas.
- 9. Inspect raw materials (lumber, webbing, hardware) to ensure they meet company durability specifications.
