Oversee smooth and accurate check-in and check-out procedures for apartment guests. Maintain high standards in the restaurant by ensuring food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service are consistently excellent. Ensure the bar is fully stocked, drinks are prepared correctly, and stock is properly controlled to minimize losses. Maintain proper inventory and cost control across all departments. Be technology-savvy and able to use hotel/property management systems, booking platforms, social media, and reporting tools.
