- We are seeking an experienced and compassionate

Responsibilities
- Surgical Care:
- Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures with precision and safety.
- Member Assessment:
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop surgical treatment plans.
- Post-Operative Management:
- Monitor recovery, manage complications, and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with anesthetists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
Education
- & Counseling:
- Provide surgical guidance, preventive care advice, and counseling to members and families.
- Accurate Records:
- Maintain complete and precise surgical and medical records in electronic health systems.
- Safe Environment:
- Promote a sterile, safe, and positive environment for members and staff.
- WOW Service:
- Go above and beyond to serve members, prospective or existing.
- Outreach & Enrollment:
- Support outreach activities and member enrollment initiatives.
- Leadership:

- Qualifications
- MBChB or equivalent medical degree with specialization in General Surgery
- Current and valid license with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification surgical
