- SanlamAllianz Ghana, the general insurance arm of a pan-African insurer operating in 27 countries, is hiring a Head, Agency Learning & Development to build out the training, capability and retention strategy behind its agency distribution force in Accra.
- Key

- Work closely with Branch Managers and internal support functions to strengthen the Agency Development Officer role, and introduce dashboards and management insight covering recruitment, capability, retention and expansion.
