Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic direction of Builders. Com.
- Lead the successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Drive business development and secure new commercial opportunities.
- Oversee project financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
