Responsibilities
Lead the accounting and finance function. Oversee monthly and year-end financial closing. Manage accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Monitor inventory accounting, cost of goods sold (COGS), and reconciliations. Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes. Lead and develop the finance team. Work closely with management to support business growth and strategic decision-making. Ensure effective use of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365
