- The person shall prepare Credit strategy of the bank
- The person shall prepare and deliver presentations and reports regarding key credit issues, exposures and the periodic Credit review report to the Chief Executive Officer
- Prepare monthly credit report, submit all loans and report credit references bureaus and register all securities in the collateral registry
- Carry out regular credit facility reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions of the credit
- Monitor all loans and report on early warning signs to the Chief Executive Officer
- Maintain minimum loan recovery rate of 95% on monthly basis
- Achieve monthly recovery rate of 15% in respect of overdue loans
Experience
- Master's degree in a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CICMG, prject management, etc. is an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years of working
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good planning, quantitative and analytical skills
- Good understanding of IFRS9 credit impairment models
- Be able t work independently
- Be able to work under pressure
