- Yobsons Micro Credit is hiring a Head of Technology to own technology strategy, loan origination and management systems, digital and agency-channel infrastructure, and cyber and information-security governance.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT and digital strategy covering core lending, loan origination and digital or agency channels.
- Develop and maintain cyber and information-security strategy and risk-assessment methodology.
- Lead cyber incident response readiness, detection, analysis, containment and reporting.
- Own integrations with credit bureaus, Ghana's credit reporting system, collateral registry and alternative data sources.
- Manage vendor and managed-security-service-provider governance, due diligence and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and information-security requirements.
- Own business continuity, disaster recovery and IT audit remediation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Recognised cybersecurity or IT-governance certification.
- Minimum ten to twelve years' IT leadership experience, including regulated financial services or fintech exposure.
- Four to five years' senior IT or information-security leadership
Experience
- in banking, microfinance, savings and loans or licensed digital lending.
- implementing loan origination systems or digital credit-scoring platforms is strongly preferred.
