- LB Group is seeking an experienced, visionary, and commercially driven professional to lead RealInvest Ltd, the Group's Real Estate Strategic Business Unit.
- Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business's strategic and operational plans.
- Lead property development, acquisition, construction coordination, sales, leasing, and facilities management activities.
- Identify new investment and business growth opportunities.
- Drive profitability, revenue growth, and optimal utilization of property assets.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, contractors, consultants, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Membership of a recognized professional body such as
- GhIS, RICS, CIOB, PMP, FMP, or CFM
