Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. * Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Laundry, and Maintenance. * Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints and concerns. * Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high performance standards. * Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operating costs to achieve business objectives. * Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate staffing across departments. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations. * Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. * Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships. * Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to hotel ownership. * Report maintenance issues and ensure the hotel facilities are well maintained. * Promote a positive work environment and uphold the hotel’s values and service standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent
Experience
may be considered. * Minimum of 3–5 years’
in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Sound knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage. * Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. * Must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required. * Must be willing to reside in Cape Coast Don't Keep Share!
