Housekeeper Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sweeping and mopping floors Dust, wipe, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and all surfaces Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, guest rooms, and other assigned areas to established standards Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with approved procedures Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are neat, tidy, and guest-ready Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance Wash, dry, iron, fold, and properly store linens, towels, and other laundry items Sort laundry according to fabric type, colour, and care instructions to prevent damage Maintain adequate stock levels of linens, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies, and report shortages promptly Replenish toiletries and room supplies as required Ensure housekeeping chemicals, tools, equipment are properly maintained and handled safely and storage areas are clean and organized Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies and procedures Report maintenance defects, damaged items, and potential safety hazards without delay Respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to requests from residents, guests, and supervisors Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of service in all interactions Waitress Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required Present menus and provide clear explanations of menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers and respond knowledgeably to guest enquiries regarding ingredients, preparation methods, dietary requirements, and allergens Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints courteously and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Accurately record food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service Check on guests throughout their dining
