Role Context
Support to develop and administer various HR processes and policies, payroll processes, and HR Administration/Shared Services processes by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies and current legislation to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Generalist
- Analyse HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements.
- Assist in the coordination and administering of HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, and Performance Management.
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and labour requirements/ regulations.
- Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR processes and policies.
- Provide administrative services and guidance to Business Managers and employees of HR policies and activities.
- Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across the employee lifecycle and HR data analytics.
- HR Administration / Shared Services
- Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines.
- Check for patterns of errors / repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with the Country Head, Human Resources.
- Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines.
- Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR services.
- Payroll
- Build up a keen relationship with the relative parties.
- Develop/facilitate the specific process for Key accounts.
- Assist in the Implementation of compliant clearance procedures.
