Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing expectations and delivering high-end HR advisory services. Oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle for client-assigned staff, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Manage outsourced HR services, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance and client satisfaction. Prepare monthly payrolls and maintain accurate staff databases using HRIS tools and software. Contribute to office administration by managing vendor relationships. Ensure all HR activities across various client accounts comply with local labor laws and industry regulations. Mediate complex employee relations issues between clients and their outsourced staff with tact and diplomacy. Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the firm is delivering top-tier value and maintaining client retention. Stay up to date with HR trends, labor laws, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service delivery.
