Role Summary
•The Human Resource Manager will provide strategic leadership for the Society's human resource function by overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff development, employee relations, organizational development and compliance with Ghana's labour laws and organizational policies.
Qualification Required &
Experience
- •Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- •Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM,CIHRM Ghana, or equivalent) is required
- •A minimum of 7 years progressive

- •Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Law, HR best practices and organisational development
