Responsibilities
Trading Business Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives, warehouse staff, storekeepers, and administrative personnel. Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programs. Coordinate staff training and development to improve performance and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and Ghana Labour Laws. Transport Business Recruit, manage, and maintain records of drivers, mechanics, and transport support staff. Monitor driver performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to safety regulations. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensure transport staff receive necessary training on safety, compliance, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for management. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years'
