Job Purpose
- The successful applicant shall provide assistant to the Manager by ensuring that there are high-performing Employees with the right attitudes and motivation levels within the framework of the company's policies, procedures and the labour Law of Ghana.
- Administer human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations, as directed by the HR & Administrative Manager
- Manage the recruitment cycle and facilitate comprehensive induction programmes for junior staff.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop an annual training and development plan
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of attendance, overtime and deductions
- Monitor and address concerns, complaints and grievances of unionized staff and provide recommendations for resolution

Experience
- First Degree in Human Resource Management and/or certification as a Human Resource Practitioner
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working

- Must be a person of high, verifiable moral character and proven integrity
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
