1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in the Ghanaian market. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts in compliance with the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651). Oversee robust onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant regulations regarding non-discrimination and fair employment practices. 2. Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, performance management, and conflict resolution. Advise management and employees on company policies, procedures, and Ghanaian labor law to ensure fair and consistent application. Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures in strict adherence to the Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), ensuring due process and fairness. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being. Stay updated on changes in Ghanaian labor legislation (e.g., Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), Persons with Disability Act, 2006 (Act 715), Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), etc.) and advise on necessary policy and procedural adjustments.
