Requirements
Nous recherchons, pour le compte de l'un de nos clients basé au Ghana, un Sustainability Manager (H/F). Vos missions seront les suivantes : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de durabilité et ESG du projet conformément aux standards internationaux Piloter le processus de certification LEED en coordination avec les équipes techniques, consultants, architectes, ingénieurs et entreprises partenaires. Assurer le suivi des enjeux de conformité environnementale, des études d’impact, des analyses de cycle de vie et des exigences réglementaires. Identifier et contribuer à la gestion des risques environnementaux et sociaux liés au projet. Collaborer avec les équipes projet et les parties prenantes afin d’intégrer les principes de développement durable dans toutes les phases d’exécution. Votre profil : Diplôme supérieur (Master ou équivalent) en environnement, développement durable, architecture, urbanisme, ingénierie ou domaine connexe. Minimum 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en durabilité/ESG, dont une expérience significative dans le pilotage de projets d’infrastructure certifiés LEED. Expérience dans la gestion des enjeux environnementaux et sociaux sur des projets complexes et internationaux. Bonne connaissance des standards ESG, des processus de certification LEED et des pratiques de conformité environnementale. Excellentes capacités de gestion de projet, de coordination et de reporting.
