Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate suspicious sales activities Conduct in-depth investigations into life insurance claims Use data analytics to determine fraudulent patterns, recognize anomalies and develop strategies to curb fraud Design and implement fraud prevention policies. Design training programs for the sales, underwriting and claims teams Meet internal turnaround times (TATs) and service-level standards Develop and deliver fraud preventive activities for internal auditor, operational staff and senior management Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and fraud prevention. Support data accuracy, claims analytics, and management reporting. Ensure claims decisions mitigate financial, legal, and reputational risks.
