- Responsibilities:
- 1.Verify and process requests for materials, items, or documents before issuing.
- 2.Maintain accurate records of all items issued, returned, and pending.
- 3.Check stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- 4.Ensure proper documentation such as issue vouchers, receipts, or log entries.
- 5.Inspect items for quality, quantity, and compliance before issuing.
- 6.Coordinate with departments to fulfill their material or document
- promptly.
- 7.Maintain an organized storage area to ensure efficient retrieval and issuance.
- 8.Report shortages, damages, or irregularities to supervisors or management.
- 9.Ensure safe handling of materials, especially sensitive or high-value items.
- 10.Provide customer service to staff or clients requesting items or documentation.
- 11.Monitor and enforce FIFO/FEFO methods (First-In-First-Out / First-Expired-First-Out) to ensure proper stock rotation.
