Job Summary •We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between our new Glass Project and all external stakeholders, including government agencies, traditional authorities, utility providers, and local communities. •The primary goal is to secure the legal, social, and operational foundations of the factory, ensuring smooth infrastructure integration and full regulatory compliance. •Manage land transfer procedures for Stool Lands and private lands, liaising with the Lands Commission to ensure the legality of leaseholds and title registrations. •Build and maintain high-level relationships with the Traditional Council and local Chiefs; proactively resolve disputes regarding boundaries, compensation, or construction impact. •Coordinate local labor
