Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and lead the execution of the Bank's business strategy and objectives • Ensure the bank's financial sustainability, growth in assets, deposits, profitability and shareholder value • Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance with the Bank of Ghana and other relevant bodies • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, innovation and operational efficiency • Develop and mentor a high-performing management team and promote a positive organizational culture • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, regulators, traditional authorities and the community • Oversee the implementation of robust technology-driven banking solutions to enhance service delivery • Present regular and accurate reports on the bank's performance to the Board of Directors Qualification Required &
