The successful candidate will be required to: •Provide input into the formulation of the institution's financial policies •Lead the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of financial programmes and activities •Ensure the efficient and effective management of financial, human and material resources •Mobilise financial resources to support the institution's operational and strategic objectives •Oversee the preparation and timely submission of annual budgets and financial reports •Ensue the accurate analysis, interpretation and reporting of financial statements •Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, fiscal policies and international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS). •Oversee the implementation of the performance management system within the directorate •Maintain effective collaboration with Ministries, Departments, Agencies and other stakeholders on financial matters Qualification Required &
