Job Purpose
To provide technical engineering support for design review, construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and energization of the 161kV transmission line and substation relocation works. Key
Responsibilities
• Review transmission line and substation engineering designs. • Verify compliance with utility standards and applicable codes. • Supervise installation of transmission line structures, conductors, insulators, OPGW, and accessories. • Monitor substation equipment installation, including transformers, switchgear, CTs, PTs, protection systems, and control equipment. • Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT). • Review protection and control schemes. • Conduct inspections and technical assessments during construction. • Resolve technical issues arising during construction and commissioning. • Verify as-built documentation and engineering records. • Participate in system testing, commissioning, and energization activities. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety
