Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies focused on employee relations and improving working conditions. •Handle trade union negotiations, address grievances, and mediate disputes to ensure industrial harmony. •Proactively assess employee feedback, reduce turnover, and improve employee satisfaction and retention. •Prepare detailed reports on reasons behind employee turnover and propose actionable solutions. •Establish clear communication frameworks between employees and management to foster transparency and collaboration. •Analyze employee feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in employee relations and overall engagement. •Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks. •Build and maintain strong relationships with both employees and management, resolving conflicts and enhancing workplace harmony. Experience
•Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years’
