Position Summary •The Head of Internal Audit will provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control systems across all hotel operations •This strategic role reports directly to the Board of Directors of the Hotel and plays a critical part in safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance and strengthening operational efficiency Key
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based internal audit strategy •Lead and manage the internal audit function across all departments •Evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls, operational procedures, and compliance systems •Oversee audits of revenue management, procurement, inventory, payroll and asset management •Identify financial, operational and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies •Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, corporate policies and statutory
