As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board, the SCM professional will champion business partnering, talent development, and operational excellence, fostering a culture aligned with organizational values and long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities
•Apply category management frameworks and best-in-class tools to identify and capture value across spend categories, utilizing Design to Cost and Supply Chain Cost Modelling to maximize savings and efficiency. •Serve as the subject-matter expert on procurement, supply chain, and contract management, advising executive leadership and the Board on strategic initiatives and risk mitigation. •Lead logistics excellence across warehousing, customs clearance, transportation, inventory control, and asset disposal, integrating financial and accounting insights to preserve and enhance asset value. •Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, administration, and compliance, ensuring legal robustness and risk mitigation in alignment with regulatory standards. •Drive operational performance by delivering on savings targets, managing PR/PO turnaround times, and overseeing supplier performance and relationship management. •Establish and maintain a robust supply market risk management framework through regular spend analysis, enabling proactive diversification and risk reduction. •Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory
